Pedro Leonardo Perez Perez
I have dedicated my professional life to the development of civil aviation infrastructure, and airport services. Holding a Master’s in International Marketing from Ottawa University and a Bachelor of Sciences in Civil Engineering in Sofia, Bulgaria, my career spans various leadership roles, including General Manager of Varadero International Airport and President of Perez Engineering Consulting Services LTD. In the last two decades, I've led my efforts on the development of many airports in the Caribbean region, including the planning and construction of Argyle´s International Airport in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

· Main Consultant Engineer in the General Direction of the Civil Aeronautical Institute of Nicaragua (1982-1983)
· Director of the Technical Department of Aerodromes in Cubana Airlines (1984 -1986)
· Project Manager in the construction of Varadero International Airport “Juan G. Gomez” (1986-1989)

· Director of the Technical Department of Investments. Cuban Company of Airports and Aeronautical Services (1996-1998)
