Irelys Perez Guerra

With over 15 years of academic experience, I have dedicated a significant part of my career to teaching at the University and to the field of Development. Holding a bachelor’s degree in History and a master’s degree in International Relations, I have served as director of Development and Marketing at Perez Engineering Consulting Services LTD for many years. Through these roles, I have enhanced my skills in strategic planning, project management, and community engagement, always working towards sustainability and responsive development.
